Here’s what we want every family in King and Pierce County to hear: you are not powerless, and you do not have to wait. Solution Groups are part of Battlefield’s broader family addiction support in King County, built to help you use that influence well, starting now, not after the next crisis.

Every Solution Group session focuses on something you can put into practice the same day. That might be a specific way to respond the next time your loved one calls asking for money, a way to have an honest conversation without it turning into a fight, or a plan for what to do if things escalate. You won’t leave with vague encouragement. You’ll leave with a strategy.
Every family in the room understands exactly what you’re carrying, because they’re carrying it too. That kind of connection is hard to find anywhere else, and for many parents, it’s the first time someone says, “We understand,” and actually means it.
Solution Groups go beyond sharing experiences by giving families practical strategies they can put into action. Battlefield Addiction is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and Solution Groups are free to attend for any family affected by addiction, anywhere in Washington.

Not every family can make it to Kent in person, and that’s okay. Solution Groups are also available by Zoom, so families across Pierce County, Washington State, and beyond can join from wherever they are.
